ABOUT ME
I've been playing video games since I was in kindergarten, where I was introduced to the medium by getting a GameBoy Advance.
During my years in middle-school, I started using Adobe Photoshop and got into graphic design, alongside being introduced to Scratch and Unity, where I created my first game projects.
I graduated from Bilfen middle-school in 2015, getting a perfect score of 500/500 in the "TEOG" exam, which allowed me to get into the second oldest educational institution in Turkey, Galatasaray High School.
I graduated from Galatasaray in 2020, and started Bahçeşehir University's Digital Game Design undergraduate program shortly after.
In July 2023, I started working at Highborn Games as an intern. After a month of internship, I went on to work there as a game designer for another 6 months. During my time at Highborn Games, I worked on various mobile games, including a word game called "Wordville".
In June 2024, I graduated from Bahçeşehir University as an high honor student with a GPA of 3,74.
I am fluent in English and French, alongside my native language, Turkish.
I have over a decade of experience with Adobe Photoshop which I've used for graphic design and 2D animation, as well as being experienced in video editing with DaVinci Resolve, which I've used to create various game trailers.
I have plenty of experience with Unreal Engine 4 & 5, especially with level design and creating cinematics in sequencer. I'm quite familiar with Blueprints, and have used them extensively in my school and personal projects. I also have a basic understanding of the C++ programming language for development in Unreal Engine.
I have some experience with Unity, and a basic understanding of the C# programming language regarding development in Unity.
I'm familiar with Blender, and I've used it for basic 3D modeling and 3D animation.
Narrative design is my biggest passion in game design, and I've written plenty of stories and dialogue for my school projects.
I'm a good public speaker and feel comfortable giving presentations in front of large audiences.
